Hellooo guysss! :)
Today we are going to talk about brands that do not offer a range of sizes for all bodies .
Did you know that in France, around 40% of women are size 44 and over? And yet, in stores clothing brands are still too few to take into account different morphologies. The most coveted sizes are not always available and the choices are sometimes very limited. In question, the lack of clothes intended for the generous curves but also those for the women whose stature is not in the average.
Another problem is brands that offer a single size (Brandy Melville for example). The problem in this “one size fits all” lies in the word “one size fits all”. Only 18% of French women are size 36, according to the 2006 measurement campaign conducted by the French Institute of Textiles and Clothing…
Clothing brands still have some work to do and some have to change this archaic, uniform, even dictatorial vision of the female body.
