Lizzo: My body is not a trend !

For those who do not know Lizzo, let me do a quick presentation: a 31 years old singer/rapper/flutist whose songs will immediately put you in a good mood.

She talked about body positivity by saying that she has no problem with her body and with the fact of showing it but she does have one problem.

People often talk about Lizzo’s music through Lizzo’s body like “it is so great that she sings and that she is overweight!”. Remarks which are, as you can see, a bit unrelated and irrelevant.

That’s is why Lizzo said “my body is not a trend”, she would like to stop being seen through the prism of her body, even if it is to say that her body is great!
